My stay at the Chiang Mai Marriott was pleasant overall. the hotel had its share of issues, including a worn lobby carpet. However, the cleanliness of my room and quality of service turned my experience around. I especially enjoyed the attentive staff and excellent dining options, which ultimately made my decision to stay for five days worthwhile.
